How to send a correction
Email editorial@jadeship.tips with the page address, the sentence or measurement you are questioning, and anything that supports your point: a lab memo, a photograph, a receipt, a listing screenshot or a customs document.
What we correct
Measurement and instrument errors, including specific gravity, dimensions, weight and refractive index readings.
Misstated prices, shipping times or return terms.
Vendor claims we repeated without adequate support.
Attribution errors and missing disclosures.
Checking the evidence
The editor checks the relevant bench record, piece, laboratory memo or dated seller terms. Where another instrument check or sample is needed, the page explains which finding remains under review rather than treating an unresolved claim as confirmed.
Corrections log
Corrections of substance are noted at the bottom of the affected page with the date and a short description of what changed. We do not remove a review or change a score because a vendor objects to it.
A correction that changes a rating states the previous score, revised score and reason, and updates the affected comparison table. A changed product or service is labelled as a new observation rather than being presented as an error in the earlier record.
